Using a team of architects and technicians with more than 40 years of experience in the field, IDLM manages in full autonomy complex turn-key projects, always ensuring the highest quality standards in compliance with the schedule.
IDLM acts as the exclusive reference point for the Customer, meeting their needs during the design phase, engaging in production with the utmost seriousness and competence, and completing the shipment and installation with precision and responsibility.
THE KEY PHASES OF THE PROJECT
Each project, large or small, is managed according to three main phases:
– The design: IDLM focused its attention on the development of the study phase, where the materials are defined through the validation of the different samples, the measurements at site and the realization of the executive drawings.
– The production: here the traditional know-how of artisans combined with their knowledge of digital tools blends with the experience of the IDLM team to produce high quality furniture and complements.
– The delivery: this phase is divided into two: logistics and installation. The supply of the fittings is carried out thanks to customized transportation to ensure the correct management of the goods from the factory exit to the arrival at site.
IDLM relies on the experience of specialized teams in coordination with third-party companies involved in the construction site. The installation work is carried out in accordance with the safety regulations and under the control of the site manager to ensure the correct execution.
